My work begins with looking – really looking – at the world around me.

At the way light falls across the petals of a peony. At the gentle movement of fabric blowing in the wind. At the sweep of a coastline as the sun sets.

I’m a fine art photographer and artist working across photography, painting, and printmaking with an abiding love for the Old Master painters…artists who understood that beauty is patient and worth the time it takes.

That sensibility runs through everything I make – unhurried compositions created with an attention to light and the belief that a well-crafted thing carries something of the person who made it.

My prints, framed canvases, and hand-finished fine art miniatures are available in my shop. Each one is made with care and intended to live on your walls for a long time.
